The Southeastern Pastel Society sponsors one workshop per year in conjunction with its annual show. All our workshops are taught by
Signature and Master Pastelists in the Pastel Society of America.

2008 WORKSHOP-BILL HOSNER
June 13 - June 15

Bill Hosner is well-known for his plein air paintings of sunlit figures and his fresh approach to landscapes. He earned a B.F.A. from Wayne State University in Michigan and spent 17 years as a commercial illustrator for publications such as the Reader’s Digest, and Field and Stream. He left the commercial art world to pursue a career as a fine artist and has subsequently won numerous awards for his paintings at Pastel Society of America and competitions across the country.
