INSTRUCTIONS FOR OBTAINING A PASSWORD
The Southeastern Pastel Society's online system is designed for the receipt of all types of transactions: Non-member and member show entry payments, joining SPS, and membership renewals.
Since some SPS exhibitions allow both members and non-members to enter, we use an account system to set up passwords. Membership is not required and there is no cost.
All account holders are given a permanent user name and password to log on to the SPS web site. Once logged on, you can join SPS, renew SPS dues, enter exhibitions or do nothing. The exhibitions you can enter depend on whether or not you are a paid member. Paid members can enter all SPS exhibitions. If you have an account but are not a paid member, you can enter exhibitions open to all artists. These are normally our International Exhibitions.
Step 1 - Set up an account to get a password:
After reading these instructions, go to the bottom of this screen where it says Click Here to Set Up an Account and Get Your Password and click to bring up a new screen titled Create SPS Website Account.
Complete the form. At the bottom of the form is a Submit button. After clicking on Submit, you will receive an email with your user name (your email address) and password. You have now created your SPS account. Retain your password for future use; it will not change.
Note: You can update personal information except name and email address whenever you are logged in to your personal page. If you need to change the name or email address on your account, notify the system administrator via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
