Every day is a journey of subject matter. I am constantly flooded with visual inspiration that catches my interest; the sudden movement, the reflection of light or the serene visual calmness of an object. Pastel has been my choice to capture these moments. Each subject tells me how it wants to be painted; it controls the painting. I challenge myself to create the visual composition that is pleasing to the eye that the painting demands.
