"I love to travel. I love to be home. "Home" is an old mountain farm north of Asheville that my husband and I bought in 1991 when we moved from Maryland. We've built our dream house on the side of the mountain overlooking our own "holler" and looking out at surrounding mountains. Whether I'm feeding a horse, exploring a mountain trail, enjoying a local festival, or traveling abroad, I'm acutely aware of the world around me. With my paintings I seek to bring to life the people and places that touch me. "
