Pastel painting is a wonderful way to express yourself. I love creating landscape paintings of places I've been on travels, as well as our beautiful surroundings in Georgia.

North Georgia provides so many picturesque subjects and many are disappearing as progress continues to spread. As I drive through the mountains and see the old barns, marshes, and many quaint scenes, I just hope that they will be there on my next visit.

Pastel is such a soft yet vibrant way of capturing light and color in life, I don't think I'll ever tire of it.
